Vlog: The Great British Festival 2015

Hey guys! The vlogs are back! Martin and I went to The Great British Festival last March 1 at Bonifacio High Street. We definitely felt like we were in tea heaven with so many British tea brands present there. We also couldn't leave the festival without trying some classic fish and chips and scotch egg. The Wholesome Table

Hey guys! How did your Valentine's Day go? I hope you had a lovely time whether you spent it with you special someone, with friends, or having some me time (definitely nothing wrong with that). Well, for me and Martin, we spent the day as we typically do when we're together -- basically going out and eating somewhere. 

Torch

What do you do when you can't decide whether what you want to eat? You want sushi rolls, but you also want some steak, oh, and pizza sounds good too! You go to Torch.

Lugang Café

I don't think I will ever get over my fascination with Xiao Long Bao. Even after having trying these little gems several times already, I still find it so cool that this dumpling-like dish has soup inside. Martin wanted to try Lugang Café, and since I'm a lover of dim sum myself, it didn't take much convincing for me to say yes to having lunch there.

Early Bird Breakfast Club

Most people, including myself, despise the thought of waking up early. I mean, who wouldn't want to sleep in especially when were all tired from work or school. However, if there's one thing that can get me out of bed, it's the thought of a delicious, hearty breakfast.

Kool Kids

Remember those moments when you're stuck in Chemistry class, desperately trying to understand topics on elements, bonds and chemical reactions thinking, "When am I ever going to use these difficult lessons in real life?" Well, had they told me I could make ice cream using liquid nitrogen, I probably would have paid more attention in class.

Ippudo

I am literally in pyjamas and socks as I am writing this blog post on this cold, rainy night, and all I can think about is how much I just want to cuddle in bed with a big bowl of ramen.

My favorite time of the year is hands down December to February because that's when we have colder weather here in the Philippines. So recently, my boyfriend Martin and I decided to make the most of the chilly weather to have some ramen at Ippudo.
