Vlog: Recovery Food and Artisanal Ice Cream

If you checked out my last two blog posts, you would know that Martin and I recently went to Recovery Food and had their Happy Beef Rice and Tapa de Morning rice bowls. After that, we went to 238 Banawe Center to try Nora's Homemade Frozen delights. We had their Good Shepherd Ube Ice Cream and Benguet Coffee Ice Cream which were both so good! Nora's Homemade Frozen Delights

As much as I hate saying goodbye to the colder weather, there's no denying that summer is slowly creeping in. On days when the heat is scorching, there's not much we can do other than cool down with a cold drink, or better yet, some ice cream! But I'm not talking about just any ice cream. I think the best way to beat the notorious summer heat in the Philippines is to cool down with some local ice cream which uses ingredients from the country's summer capital itself, Baguio.
